Legal notice

Who operates visioncardservices.com, what this website is for, what it is not, and the conditions on which the information here is published.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

1. Operator

The website published at visioncardservices.com is operated by Vision Card Services LLC ("Vision Card Services", "we", "us"), a card and payment services company with its office at Office M13, Acico Business Park, Port Saeed, near DCC Metro Station, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Correspondence, including any question about this notice, should be sent to info@visioncardservices.com. We handle enquiries in writing so that both parties keep a record of what was asked and what was answered.

References to "this website" cover every page published under the visioncardservices.com domain: the pages describing what we do, the enquiry form, the articles and the documents in this legal section. They do not extend to any third-party website reachable from a link on these pages.

2. What this website is

This is an informational and promotional website. It explains what Vision Card Services does — card programmes, digital account management, payment security and business card services — and gives a prospective customer a way to make contact.

It is not an account interface. Nothing on these pages allows anyone to view, operate or authorise anything on a card account, and no page here asks for credentials. If a page presenting itself as ours ever asks you to log in, it is not ours.

It is not an offer, and nothing on it constitutes a binding commitment to supply any product on any particular terms. Rates, fees, limits, eligibility and availability depend on the applicant and on circumstances at the time, and are confirmed in writing before anything is agreed. Where these pages describe a category of card, they describe what that category is designed to do, not a product on sale at a stated price.

3. What this website is not

It is not financial, legal or tax advice. The explanatory pages and articles exist so that a reader can ask better questions and recognise what matters in a product; they are general information, written without knowledge of any individual's circumstances, and should not be acted on as though they were a recommendation.

It is not a substitute for the documents that govern a card. Where a card, an account or a facility exists, the agreement, schedule of charges and any product-specific terms issued with it govern the relationship. If anything on this website appears to conflict with those documents, those documents prevail and we would like to be told about the discrepancy.

It does not publish rates, fees, limits or product names. That is a deliberate decision rather than an omission: a figure that is correct for one applicant is misleading for the next person reading it, and a published number tends to be remembered long after it stops being accurate.

It does not name individuals as members of staff, and it publishes no customer names, case studies, ratings or testimonials. If you need to know who you are dealing with, ask in your enquiry and you will be told.

4. Accuracy, currency and sources

We take reasonable care that the information published here is accurate when written and review it when the position it describes changes. Cards, payments and their regulation all move, and material of this kind ages in ways that are not always visible on the page.

No warranty is given that any page is complete, current or free from error. Articles carry a publication date and, where revised, a modification date, so a reader can judge how current the material is before relying on it.

Where an article makes a verifiable statement about how payments or their regulation work, the primary source is linked beside that statement rather than gathered into a list at the end. Those sources belong to their publishers, who may amend or withdraw them without notice to us; following such a link takes you to a website whose content, availability and privacy practices are outside our control.

5. Intellectual property

The text, structure, layout, design system, illustrations, iconography, source code and the selection and arrangement of the material on this website belong to Vision Card Services or are used with permission, and are protected by the intellectual property laws that apply to them.

You may read, download and print pages for your own information, and quote short extracts provided the quotation is accurate, is not misleading as to its context, and identifies visioncardservices.com as the source with a link to the page quoted.

You may not reproduce this website or a substantial part of it, republish its content elsewhere, present it as your own, or use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate an automated system, without our prior written consent. Requests are considered on their merits; write to info@visioncardservices.com.

Card scheme names, marks and any other third-party names that may appear remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership unless a page states so explicitly.

6. Links

Outbound links are used where they support a specific statement or let a reader verify a fact for themselves — a standards body, a regulator, a primary specification. They are chosen for authority at the time of publication and reviewed when a page is revised.

We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific point it supports.

You may link to this website provided the link is fair, does not damage or take unfair advantage of our reputation, and does not suggest an association or approval that does not exist. Framing these pages within another site, or presenting their content as part of another service, requires our written consent.

7. Availability, security and liability

This website is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep it accessible and secure, but do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and access may be suspended, withdrawn or restricted at any time, including for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law applicable to you, Vision Card Services excludes liability for loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on material published on it. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

You are responsible for the security of the device and network you use to reach this website. We are not liable for loss caused by malicious software reaching your equipment through your use of this site or of a site linked from it.

8. Reporting a problem, and changes to this notice

If you find something on this website that is wrong, out of date or unclear, tell us at info@visioncardservices.com. That includes anything that looks like an impersonation of this site: knowing about it quickly is more useful to other people than it is inconvenient to us.

We may amend this notice to reflect a change in our operations, in the configuration of this website or in the requirements that apply to it. The version published here is the one in force, and the date at the head of the document records when it was last revised.

Material changes are made in the document itself rather than announced separately. If you rely on this notice for a particular purpose, keep a copy of the version you read.
