Cards that open doors, and the platform behind them

Vision serves better.

Vision Card Services works with people and small businesses in Dubai on the parts of a card that are easy to get wrong: which card actually suits the way you spend, how the account is managed day to day, and what stands between your money and somebody else's attempt on it.

  • Cashback, travel and benefit-led cards in one programme
  • Account management in an app, not a queue
  • Encryption, layered authentication and fraud monitoring
  • Small-business enquiries answered with a quote, not a call-back

Key offerings and corporate values

What we offer, and what we hold ourselves to

Next-generation credit cards

A lineup built around how people actually spend rather than around one headline rate. Cashback, travel perks and benefit-led cards sit in the same programme so the choice is about your spending, not about what happens to be on offer.

  • Cashback on everyday spending
  • Travel and lounge-led benefits
  • Benefit and lifestyle cards
The card programme

A digital-first approach

Seamless digital experience across every touchpoint. An intuitive app and an online platform where you manage the account, track spending and reach offers — without a branch visit and without waiting on hold.

  • Account management in the app
  • Spending tracked as it happens
  • Offers reachable in two taps
The digital platform

Security and privacy

Security is paramount, and it is layered rather than declared: advanced encryption, multi-layered authentication and fraud detection working together, because any single control has a way around it.

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Multi-layered authentication
  • Fraud monitoring on every transaction
How the layers work

Innovation

New technologies, ideas and solutions get explored when they improve the customer experience — and get left alone when they only improve a slide. Payments is a field where the interesting thing and the useful thing are often not the same thing.

For small businesses

Customer-centricity

Listening, understanding and anticipating what a customer needs, then answering it specifically. In practice that means an enquiry gets a real answer rather than a routing number, and a problem gets a named next step.

Help and support

Diversity and inclusion

An inclusive culture where every voice is heard, valued and respected — and, on the product side, cards and support that work for people whose circumstances do not match a template.

About the company

The programme

Three ways a card earns its place in your wallet

Availability and the exact terms are confirmed on enquiry — what follows is what each family of card is designed to do, so the conversation can start from the right one.

Cashback

Money back on spending you were doing anyway

The right card when most of your spending is ordinary: groceries, fuel, utilities, the school run. The value is in the rate applying to the categories you actually use rather than to a category you visit twice a year.

Travel

Perks that matter at the airport, not on the brochure

For frequent travellers, where the value sits in lounge access, foreign-transaction treatment and how the card behaves abroad. A travel card that is only strong at home is a cashback card with a different picture on it.

Benefits

Exclusive benefits, and reading them properly

Insurance, protection and partner offers can be worth more than any rate — or nothing at all, if the exclusions cover the way you would actually use them. This is the part we go through line by line before anything is signed.

Digital-first

The account lives in your pocket

Embracing the digital age is not a slogan when the alternative is a queue. Everything a cardholder does routinely should take seconds and happen on the device already in their hand.

  • Manage the account Statements, limits, standing instructions and card controls in one place, with the state of things visible rather than requested.
  • Track spending as it happens Transactions categorised as they arrive, so the month is legible before the statement lands rather than after it.
  • Reach offers without hunting Exclusive offers surfaced where you already are, instead of buried in an email you deleted in March.
  • Freeze, unfreeze, report The three actions people need in a hurry sit at the top, because a card left in a taxi is not a support ticket.

Four layers, because one is never enough

01

Encryption

Card and account data is encrypted in transit and at rest, so an intercepted message or a copied file is not a usable one. This is the layer people assume exists; it is worth saying that it does.

02

Multi-layered authentication

More than one factor stands between a request and an account, and the factors are of different kinds — something known, something held, something measured — so compromising one does not compromise the set.

03

Fraud detection

Transactions are scored as they arrive against how the account normally behaves. The point of automated detection is speed: the difference between a stopped transaction and a disputed one is usually seconds.

04

The part that is yours

No system covers a code read aloud on the phone or a link followed from a text message. The one habit worth building is that we will never ask for a full card number, a PIN or a one-time code — not by phone, not by email, not ever.

Questions

The questions that come up first

Which card should I choose?

It depends on where your spending actually goes, not on which headline number is largest. A cashback card beats a travel card for somebody who flies twice a year, and the reverse is true for somebody who flies monthly. Tell us how you spend and the answer usually settles itself.

What does it cost?

Fees, rates and limits depend on the card and on your circumstances, and they are confirmed to you in writing before anything is agreed. We do not publish a number here that would be wrong for most of the people reading it.

Do you work with businesses as well as individuals?

Yes. A company that has outgrown paying for everything on the founder's personal card has a different set of problems — spend visibility, receipts, who holds what — and there is a separate page on that.

How quickly do you reply?

Enquiries are answered in writing. The more context the first message carries — what you spend on, whether it is personal or company, what has already been tried — the more useful the first reply is.

Will you ever call and ask for my code?

No. Not a one-time code, not a PIN, not a full card number, by any channel. If somebody does, it is not us, and the right response is to end the conversation and contact us in writing.

Where are you?

Office M13, Acico Business Park, Port Saeed, close to the DCC metro station in Dubai.

Tell us how you spend, or what your company needs

That is enough to get a straight recommendation and a quote. Personal or business, the first message is the same: what you are trying to do, and what has not worked so far.
