Terms of use
The conditions on which this website is made available, the status of what is published here, and the rules that apply to enquiries sent through it.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of visioncardservices.com, operated by Vision Card Services LLC, Office M13, Acico Business Park, Port Saeed, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please stop using it.
Read them with the legal notice, which identifies the operator and the status of the information published, the privacy policy, which covers personal data, and the cookie policy, which covers what is stored on your device.
2. Permitted use
You may use this website to read about what we do, read the articles, and contact us. You may read, print and quote from it as set out in the legal notice.
You may not use it in a way that breaches applicable law; interfere with its operation or security; attempt to reach any part of it, or any connected system, not made available to you; introduce malicious code; or extract its content systematically by automated means for republication, resale or the training of an automated system.
Ordinary indexing by search engines, so that these pages can be found, is welcome and is not restricted by the paragraph above.
3. Status of the content
Everything here is general information about our company and about how cards and payments work. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or a recommendation in relation to any product.
No page promises an outcome. We do not guarantee that an application will be approved, that a particular rate, limit or benefit will be available to you, or that a disputed transaction will be resolved in your favour. Where these pages describe how something works, they describe a mechanism, not a result.
Where a card, account or facility exists, the agreement and schedules issued with it govern the relationship and prevail over anything on this website. If you find a conflict between the two, rely on the agreement and please tell us about the discrepancy.
4. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a customer relationship and does not oblige us to accept the enquiry or to supply anything. We may decline, and we will normally say why.
Do not send card numbers, PINs, one-time codes, passwords or identity documents through this website or by email. We will never ask for them by any channel, and any message that appears to come from us and does ask should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to send it. We aim to reply to every enquiry in writing; that is a commitment about responsiveness, not about the answer.
Where something is urgent — a lost card, a transaction you do not recognise — the support page sets out what to do first. Do that before writing, because freezing a card takes one tap and an email does not.
5. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of this website at any time, and we may amend these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and the date at the head records when it was last revised.
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any consequence of it being unavailable. The website's availability has no bearing on the operation of a card.
Where an article is materially revised, its revision date records it. Where a page is withdrawn, we do not undertake to keep a copy available.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law applicable to you, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on anything published on it, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated saving.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Where you follow a link to a third-party website, your use of it is governed by that site's terms and we accept no responsibility for it.
7. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply, and a delay in enforcing any part is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
This website is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law. If you access it from elsewhere you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the law that applies to you.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at info@visioncardservices.com so it can be discussed directly. Most things that look like disputes are a misunderstanding about which document governs what.
